The preparatory grade of Moscow Economic School admits children who are five years old, who have passed a contest based on testing. Children of trustees and graduates of preschool division of MES School have privilege for school enrollment.

If there are vacant seats in the next grades, there may be enrolled students, who are capable to follow the curriculum, used at MES. Their ability to follow school curriculum is determined by testing in mathematics, Russian and English languages.

When enrollment takes place the parents and MES conclude a contract. The study group consists of 12 students or 16 - in secondary school.

The education is chargeable. The payment is fixed annually by the Trustee Committee of the School.
