1. All MES students read well in Russian and in English by the end of the fourth grade.

 2. All MES students are ready to study mathematics at a profound level by the end of the seventh grade.

 3. When finishing the primary school, all MES students are socially active, participate with pleasure in the school life, in socially significant school projects and programmes.

 4. All MES students may write, compose and interact with confidence in Russian and English languages by the end of the ninth grade. They are ready to continue their studies in English.

 5. By the end of the ninth grade all MES students have well formed general education skills and knowledge, they are able to express themselves and to study by their own with enthusiasm.

 6. All graduates of MES are fairly ready to continue their education in higher education institutions.

 7. MES has well defined educational standards with high level of requirements to the students and the teachers and it has effective technologies to sustain these standards. To study well, to be a member of MES school team in some subject, to be elected into this or that Honorable Society is very prestigious.

 8. All MES teachers and administrators are masters of their subjects with highest qualification.

 9. All MES study rooms are connected to Internet. All MES teachers, administrators and students are technically literate people.

10. MES is a school with high level of discipline of the students and the teachers, who strictly follow the School "Code"; the School has no problems with smoking, drinking and using drugs, it is safe for everybody visiting it.
